We are looking for a Senior Consultant - Manager to join our growing team in Shanghai. Specifically, we are looking for someone with prior management consulting experience, particularly in our heritage discipline, competitive intelligence. |
Purpose of the Role: The Senior Consultant - Manager manages the delivery of client project(s), ensuring delivery of the projects are in line with client objectives and expectations as well as the project timelines. Working closely with the Head of China the Project Manager (PM) serves as the key point of contact for the project, manages the client relationship throughout the term of the project and manages the Deallus project team. The Senior Consultant/ Manager role should be prepared to be flexible to serve as a member of other project teams where valuable, supporting the delivery of projects by conducting research, analysing findings to generate insights and pulling together client deliverables. On the other hand, they should also be prepared to work with clients to effectively scope projects, developing strong relationships internally and externally to ensure ongoing commercial success. As a senior presence in Shanghai, the Senior Consultant needs to fulfill a key team leadership function in Shanghai by driving the development, engagement and motivation of Associate employees. |
